The Ica Valley's significance as a revered wine and pisco production hub added an air of historical weight to the endeavor. Under the esteemed guidance of Pepe Moquillaza, a luminary in the world of winemaking, Dean Luis delved into the intricate art of skin contact winemaking. Documenting the adventure through his lens, the project would span 2 years.
